These Terms explain the rules for using Builder Exam AU and purchasing digital access to our online builder licence exam practice service.
Service
Builder Exam AU provides online practice questions, mock tests, answer review, and progress tracking for study purposes. The service is not an official certification, licensing, government, or regulatory service.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and use the service lawfully.
Subscriptions and Billing
Paid access is billed monthly through Stripe unless cancelled. Prices are shown before checkout. Your subscription renews automatically until cancelled.
Cancellation
You may cancel future renewals at any time. Access normally continues until the end of the paid billing period.
Refunds
Because access is delivered digitally, refunds are considered case by case where required by law or where a billing error has occurred.
No Outcome Guarantee
The question bank is a study aid only. We do not guarantee any particular result, score, qualification, licence, job outcome, or regulatory approval.
Acceptable Use
You must not copy, resell, scrape, share account access, reverse engineer, or misuse the content or platform.
